I have all that and it took over 30 years to develop it and it is always developing even more.Besides, I don't like traveling.

I am interested in real estate investing and have bought some courses and done some travelling to meet people in the US and learn from them.

Time to travel, time for family, hobbies and other things in life become more valuable to you than hitting the bricks like you did 20 years ago.

We could physically travel down for a weekend every 2 months or so.

The actual vehicle for the bailout could be the Bush-era Home Affordable Refinance Program, or HARP, a sister program to Obama’s loan modification effort.

Swallow and pay every dime they earn to live a restricted (since '06: never go out, no travel, no vacations, no gift giving at holidays, drive old cars, buy used clothes, etc.) life for the next ten or fifteen years, fearing job loss or pay cut daily, only to find out at retirement that I have to walk away from it then, can't sell it, perhaps have to file bankruptcy, then, and live in government housing for my retirement...?

Similarly for the streets ... will they reduce travel time or make travel safer or more comfortable?

This is my first off-topic thread (I think) and I am starting it because I think it has a valuable lesson for newbie BP members who want to make it big.As you guys know, I travel a lot internationally and, as a result, have to go through security-check and immigration at airports throughout the world.
