What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We've grown it to 3 successful locations and I'm ready for a new challenge.   

A lot has been made of purchasing a property “subject to” the existing loan, or alternatively via “owner finance”, or its hybrid a mortgage “wrap”.  

Has any one made this transition and offered a short or long term rent reduction?

There are a few product types I know like the back of my hand and, if I were the primary decision maker, could take a design from entitlement reviews to having a complete design ready for engineering within 2-3 weeks.

Do they honestly believe this big/obvious mistake is the only one they made?

I personalized each and every visit and it made a difference.

I did leave them my business card and made it very simple, they did not have to talk about me or be "salesy" !
