I am new to the BP forums but have been a landlord for about 10-yr (former primary residence turned rental in the East Bay) and need a referrals for very competent Contractors and Handymen to help us with ongoing maintenance and upgrades upon turnover.I have worked/contracted with several Craig's list people over the years but non seem to fit the bill long-term.

The group met at an ongoing project to break ground for demolition on the project Account Closedare going to be flipping (fire damaged property) The group also conducted deal analysis on two prospective properties for fix/flip.  

Is that growth in pooler ongoing?

What prompted me to start the investing was a diagnosis of Cancer and the ongoing Chemo & Radio treatments.

Owner is asking $110 and I ran the analysis on the BP Wholesale calculator and MAO was $80K.

I plan on going to a couple REI meetings to learn as much as I can about real estate.

I spoke with Aaron Chapman and I strongly suspect he can get you where you want to go...though I have not pulled the trigger with him (due to my family's ongoing medical crisis).

I ran into many stumbling blocks but we made it through.

I ran numbers a few different ways and I believe it skewed the cash on cash, etc. any thoughts?

Now I'm selling for a nice lump of cash plus ongoing living expenses will be covered with the ongoing payout for 4 years.
