I am new to the BP forums but have been a landlord for about 10-yr (former primary residence turned rental in the East Bay) and need a referrals for very competent Contractors and Handymen to help us with ongoing maintenance and upgrades upon turnover.I have worked/contracted with several Craig's list people over the years but non seem to fit the bill long-term.
