Hi, I am Shilpa and new to Bigger Pockets. I am a Realtor from Bay Area, CA. I specialize in residential Real estate (buy/sell). I have a wealth of resources from handyman - contractors, architects, builders, etc to help with my clients needs. 

I am also interested in investing in NNN, flips, multi-family properties. Hoping to find some opportunities through BP forums!
