The main issue typically is that the municipalities believe that it is more beneficial to the neighborhood to keep the commercial space commercial as they are hoping that the owner/commercial tenant that occupies that space will bring jobs into the area.

Quiet residential neighborhood in middle of the city 3.its  just a bit higher b/c its fully furnished all utilities and post cleaning fees are included in lease 4.Air BNB, VRBO, Zillow, Trulia, & a few FB groups as well5. as long as it is more than 30 days it is not considered short term rental in New Orleans
