Ironically, in this city, (property is just outside of KC), this would still be the owner's responsbility. 

In general the closer you are to the city center usually the better it is.

Hey all, I just closed on my first rental property in Baltimore City.

@Wendell Butler you're going to find A thru D depending on where you look, as with any city in NC.

The main issue typically is that the municipalities believe that it is more beneficial to the neighborhood to keep the commercial space commercial as they are hoping that the owner/commercial tenant that occupies that space will bring jobs into the area.

I'm looking for any advice and or experiences with Maine State Housing Authority (section 8).

Quiet residential neighborhood in middle of the city 3.its  just a bit higher b/c its fully furnished all utilities and post cleaning fees are included in lease 4.Air BNB, VRBO, Zillow, Trulia, & a few FB groups as well5. as long as it is more than 30 days it is not considered short term rental in New Orleans 

Make sure they have separate accounts for those city/county services.

Maybe Fairfax City has equally good customer service.
