Looking for SFH around Austin

Hi All,

I and my wife are moving to Austin this summer from California and are interested in purchasing a newer SFH to stay in as our primary residence. We expect to stay in Austin for 2-3 years and then want to give the home for long term rentals. We are looking in the range of $350k-$400k (3bed/2bath at a minimum), so interested in knowing what areas to look at and expected capital appreciation and rental values. Thank you in advance
