Seems to be a really smart place to park cash at 6% Cap rate, with depreciation tax benefits and projected equity increases in the 23-30% range in the next 3 years.

They will ask you to fill out 1-2 pieces of paper, and they will probably send you a 1099 at the end of the year, but that should not be a big concern usually.I try and help my tenants out whenever I can if they can get free money.
