How to identify investment areas
Hi all!
Looking to get started in my investment journey and trying to figure out some criteria on where to invest. I'm based in Seattle, so anything local is priced out for now. But looking to deploy ~250k for our first investment. Looking for high population growth areas, with high jobs growth. Anything else to look at?
Thanks!
