I'm Elva Rinus from Orange County, California! I have been passionate about building wealth and independence for years and decided to get my real estate license in early 2023. I fell in love with helping new investors create their legacy and wealth. I am currently a special education teacher looking to transition to real estate full time in the near future.

My hobbies include staying up to date with the market, leatherworking, and being a geek/nerd with my friends!
