I recently graduated school as an RN and got my License in the State of Florida, since starting the new career field after serving in the military 12 years, i am starting to question my choice in this profession.

Hello BP community, I'm a mostly newb to RE investing, I spent a few years working in the REO management field and have gotten my RE license in FL.

The only real difference between what they see and the agent copy is they don't get listing agents name, private remarks (small mostly useless field because most agents just copy in the public remarks) and owner name and address (which if it is listed is useless to you because even if you deal straight with the owner they are going to owe commission on the listing side if they sell to you).Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

I'm in the oil and gas industry, and the last two years haven't been the best for any company in this field. 

Through high school and until I could get a job in my field of study in college I worked as an electrician, and I really enjoyed it.

I've also heard it's hard to make money in the field.

Hey guys i am looking to get into wholesale, i have zero experience in the re field and would like to try and get my first deal.

I cannot say I know what field of Real Estate I am looking to get into, although I have no issue getting my hands a little dirty, so fix and flip sounds slightly more interesting to me.

The closest I have gotten to the field is owning and operating a successful virtual assistant business that caters to real estate professionals.

I haven't ruled out the option of going back to work, whether in the electronics technician field or getting my RE license.
