Newbie from Annapolis, Maryland

Hey everyone, my name is Robert, I live in Annapolis, Maryland and I just came across BiggerPockets podcast the other day. I have a long commute for work so I like to listen to things that will benefit me and help me learn and grow, rather then just listening to music. I am 22 years old and my fiance and I bought and rehabbed our first home in the fall of last year. Through high school and until I could get a job in my field of study in college I worked as an electrician, and I really enjoyed it. I like construction, working with my hands, and building things. It also gives an immediate sense of satisfaction and  accomplishment because you see results right away. I have been wanting to invest in stocks as well as real estate. I would like to flip houses as well as buy and hold to rent them out. I really want to get another house, but I just don't have the capital to do so yet. I have a lot of equity in our house and will hopefully make a good profit and we plan to use that money as a down payment/rehab cost for the next house. I am very eager and anxious to get started in the real estate investing world! I am thankful that I came across the podcast and now this website, I am really looking forward to connecting with people and learning as much as I can!
