I have a pretty good idea of the market and current conditions, where I lack expertise is on the financing side.

I was always under the impression - from my startup days - that a full offering had to be put in-place to approach non-accredited investors.I use to follow crowdfunding in Canada (we had one of the first ventures which was quickly shutdown by the regulators and the sector been stifled ever since), but have let it slip in the past 12-15 months.  

I'm Looking for strategies and expertise here who could guide me in the right direction.
