Turnkey Rental properties
Hi All,
Are turnkey rental properties worth it? versus doing all the legwork yourself

It all depends on your investment strategy. With turnkey, you are supposed to get a fully rehabbed property with a tenant in place and management ready to take care of the tenant and the property. the downside is that you will have to pay at market or above market for this property and service and will more than likely not be able to BRRRR a turnkey as there is usually little or no equity in the property.
