Hey everybody, my name is Taylor and I am currently living in Utah County. Originally I am from Fresno, CA but have been in Utah for the last 5 years. I've actually been listening to the podcast for a while now and just recently signed up to be a member.

My wife and I bought our first duplex 6 months ago. It needed a little work, and we have lightly renovated both units now. We live in one and rent out the other. Our goal is to acquire a unit or two a year for the next 5 years or so with a buy and hold strategy.

I have a pretty good idea of the market and current conditions, where I lack expertise is on the financing side. Our current home is through an FHA, and I am here to learn how I can finance additional deals in the coming years.

Thanks for being such a great source of knowledge! I look forward to continuing to learn and hopefully I can be of some help to someone out there.
