KW has many resources for educating yourself.

This is a great site to educate yourself and learn about different areas to invest in.

I am here to educate myself, network with people who are where I want to be, and hopefully find resources for things I will inevitably run into when I run into them.

As technology gets smarter and consumers are more educated the need of a real estate agent nowadays in selling and buying real estate becomes a big question.

You may need to save for a year for the downpayment, but have patience and educate yourself on the legality of being a landlord and homeowner in the meantime.

I am still educating myself on ARV, rehab cost, and the whole flipping process.

And since that time I have taken steps to get better acclamated with the field through means of education.As of this Summer, I will be completely done with my Associates in Construction Project Management, and have decided to further my education in Architecture in the Fall!
