Hey Guys! Im not sure if yall remember me, but a while ago, I was looking into wholesaling as a means to jump into real estate investment. And since that time I have taken steps to get better acclamated with the field through means of education.

As of this Summer, I will be completely done with my Associates in Construction Project Management, and have decided to further my education in Architecture in the Fall! I am super excited about this because I think this aligns completely with my dream in designing and developing Real Estate!

But here is the thing.... In order for me to go to school, I would need to relocate back up to the Atlanta area, and will need an income that is lucrative and flexible enough to sustain a living AND allow me to focus on school, and so thats when REAL ESTATE came to mind!

What do you guys think? Is this possible to make a living with real estate PART TIME? What tips would you give to someone in my position? I am a single mother trying to build an empire and a legacy for my daughter.... What do you suggest???
