Seems silly, but I do have the keyboard shortcuts for QB desktop down pretty well, it makes me efficient at data entry, these shortcuts normally don't carry over so well to web apps.

Option D) Eat the inspections cost, walk away, send “I want to buy your house without commissions” direct mail or drive for dollars or hook up with a wholesaler, find a better house for less that hasn’t flooded.

However this is driving up the prices of the rundown houses.

Most of our current leads come from driving for dollars to find off market deals.

@Emily Lee there is a cost to refinance so a plan like that can work but you would have to drive a lot of equity for it to be worth it.
