Bigger Pockets Family,

Allow me to introduce myself:

My name is Luke Zagrodny and I am just getting started as a Realtor while also working my full time job as a UPS DRIVER on the seacoast of NEW HAMPSHIRE. I would love to connect with anyone and everyone since I am just getting started - I have so much to learn and while I may be new at this I have have so much to offer.  I have found my job is the perfect opportunity to lead generate and build rapport with people.  Also driving around neighborhoods i have the opportunity to get familiar with whats going on in my market.  This is truly exciting stuff.. I've known about bigger pockets for about 2 years (from an agent in my market center) and i am just getting familiar with the forums - LOVE THE PODCASTS! I'm really happy i decided to pursue a career in real estate and am looking forward to what the future holds.  It was either this or go into health and wellness and become a personal trainer/coach/nutritionist as that fits my lifestyle and routine.  

What im most interested in about real estate currently is INVESTING!  i like how its tangible and there is only so much supply but yet such high demand!

my favorite podcast was the about using private and government money to fund "ATTAINABLE HOUSING" (not to be confused with affordable) i found that extremely interesting.
