(As a side note, please recognize that your real expenses are much higher; at the absolute minimum you need to account for capex and vacancy, and really should account for maintenance and property management.)Second, you haven't owned the property long enough for many banks to count the income at all.

There may be 2 houses between the 2700 and the 2800 block and only 2 lots, so it is not as easy as just counting the houses 2X2.So I am resourceful, I hit the CAD, foreclosure sites, even Zillow and Realtor to scour for owners of the house.

Another consideration:  Your gross income (the 75% that is counted from a rental property) may not be considered until the property is rented for one year.

So the monthly nut is $1670 and that's not counting maintenance costs.They usually want to hold on to the condo because they think it will magically double in value in the next few years.
