    Why Josh,
    Are you gonna kill your concrete guy and he has property! LOL! Just kidding.

    I invest in probate, but I have attorneys that feed me deals, I dont hang around the courthouse or funeral homes.

    Great way to get deals if you do it right though! :mrgreen:
