@Derrick Bryant

Hi Derrick.  Welcome to the world of real estate investing. To begin, the word "invest" means to put something in, so it can grow.  There really is no such reality as something for nothing.  Beginning with what you have to give is where everyone must start.

In your post, you said you have no money or credit. Ok, fine, what do you have of value that you can offer another person?  Do you have a skill or special expertise?  What do you want to do in the area of real estate?  Do you want to learn something in particular?

Please tell everyone what you can offer and also what you want to do.  That's the first step you can move forward in any direction you choose from there.
