After purchasing with cash she will only be living off her lousy 401k that she has contributed to over the years as well as social security so she won't really have a ton of extra money to live her life the way she might like to if she had some extra cash coming in regularly.

It may take a while more than 2 years to see big numbers but I will be gratified in having positive social impact since I grew up in a bad neighborhood and different influences brought me out. 

I am considering taking my social security income early. 

@Allen McGlashing I don't know any where you can enter the social yourself as from what I understand that requires either a site inspection or you only have a limited report available if you don't perform the site inspection.  

The employee pays social security / Medicare, which is 1/2 of self employment tax.

Therefore, there is not a social security number that can be tied to an individual's email.

Just adding to the topic, I last hung out in the area back in June after Social Grounds Coffee Shop and Hyperion Brewing opened and it was already feeling pretty vibrant.

Use social media like FB, MeetUp and Craigslist to start.  

I recommend that you do if anything in order to avoid using your social security number on it.
