Screening tenants yourself??

Hello guys I was wondering if there was a website that lets the landlord plug in all the information that I had gotten on the rental application. All the websites I've seen just require me to give the tenants email and the tenant fills out the info then the websites give me the info. My tenant doesn't have access to a computer and doesn't have an email. Just basically old skool way of doing things any advise is appreciated.
