I posted this in the Chicago area as well, but I'm looking for like minded people that are interested in a cheaper property management alternative.I own property in Chicago, LA and NYC and I'm working on a platform that incorporates AI and Virtual Assistants so that we can circumvent traditional property managers and instead charge a flat monthly fee.

Baltimore has halted all evictions and we basically are stuck because the rent courts aren’t taking cases either we recommended she file for unemployment benefits immediately and reach out to church, friends, family and local united way for any assistance they can get to pay her rent.
