Lower YOUR Property Management Fees

I posted this in the Chicago area as well, but I'm looking for like minded people that are interested in a cheaper property management alternative.

I own property in Chicago, LA and NYC and I'm working on a platform that incorporates AI and Virtual Assistants so that we can circumvent traditional property managers and instead charge a flat monthly fee. I need to get at least 10-20 people involved to have economies of scale and was wondering if anyone out there is interested?
