Help for Landlords during Corona Crisis

So as we all know NY and other states have issued a 90 day moratorium on evictions. To be clear - this is not a post complaining about this nor am I advocating evicting anyone due to this severe crisis.

But as people are losing their jobs all over the place - esp. in retail, restaurants etc, we can prepare for a lot of missed or reduced rent payments on April 1.

My question is what tools or help do landlords have to mitigate the situation? Many landlords like myself rely on that rental income.

I understand there is a moratorium on interest payments, or at least it won't affect your credit score, not sure. But beyond that, is there any way to apply for any assistance, or what is the best plan forward?
