I am certainly hoping that is the case; as mentioned above, I will certainly be more present socially through applications but I am looking for something more in substance.

Business as usual in my experience.Be very carful lowering your rent as all that will happen is you will attract lower quality applicants that you will likely regret.

The name of the game is just getting the assets out of the application spouses name and into exempt assets and or exempt asset holding trusts (or a combination) without triggering the look back period or decreasing the amount of penalty time.
