Hello BP,I have used the same screening service for my last two tenants and although the credit checks are  completed and returned promptly, the background check usually takes 5-7 business days.  

Currently work for IT company in the Central Florida area and we service companies from around the world. 

I've been told the level of service quoted is for full setup of a business structure, new plan documents, and IRS determination letter, in order to utilize checkbook control. 

We consider a LOT to be advertising, including looking for or offering deals, services or service providers, products and loans or funding.The main reason behind this is that our forums would have 46 batrillion posts if we allowed everyone to come on and just push themselves, their companies or their properties.

(d) Solicits borrowers or lenders for or negotiates loans or collects payments or performs services for borrowers or lenders or note owners in connection with loans secured directly or collaterally by liens on real property or on a business opportunity. 

Also, do your homework and make sure tenants qualify...use free background check services like mycase.in.gov (what I use in Indiana).

But I guess I have to buy his product/service to learn how it works.

Fidelity Creditor Service has offered to attempt to collection debt on a 50% contingency fee.   

I've received a request to provide professional pest control service from tenant to help eliminate pest issue at the rental property. 

Just be prepared to hold it for a while until folks can afford to buy / rent again.
