Anyone Used Fidelity Creditor Service in CA for collections?

Hi, I am looking for a good collection agency to collect a $6000 rental debt with no money judgment.  

Fidelity Creditor Service has offered to attempt to collection debt on a 50% contingency fee.    Has anyone used this agency or can you recommend another with no up-front costs?

If it matters, I am in Maryland.
