I do not know Mexican law (at all), but if this property were in the states I would seriously look at setting up an LLC or other legal entity to hold the property so that all the parameters that you have laid out here would be written down in a legal document to avoid conflict with family down the road. 

back in the 60s  when life was so much easier.the corn sweeter the cheese at the farm out of this world.. and of course all the other great food out your way..

My goal is to make it 100% free but just ask if it's at a cafe/restaurant that you buy a drink or food.

The leases indicate there is a no pet policy but in the MLS photos, a dog food bowl and bucket a water can be seen in the laundry room so I do some more digging.

Many are handed down from Spanish, Mexican and now US laws.

Hi @Shal Mahjan - My girlfriend and I live right next to that neighborhood in Adam's Point (a couple blocks from the Whole Foods) and I helped her purchase a 2 bed/2 bath condo last year.

It isn‘t as if they left their windows wide open or had a bunch of bat food laying around.

I know I worked all summer to save enough for rent over year and worked during school to cover food and books.
