No experience but found a deal Amsterdam NY
I was in the process of looking for a car to buy off of Craigslist and found a decent one, unfourtinalty he sold it already
however he did inform me that he would be selling his home this fall around the Amstersam NY area.
from listening to bigger pockets I know that "you dont need money, You just need a deal"
I have made a few connections on BP for HML (Hard Money Lenders)
I have never done a Real Estate deal b4. however I know I cant let this chance pass.
i really don't know what to do.
any advice would be great.
