What kind of kitchen cabinets and what color?

Gives a nice pop of color back there.

From what I have seen, its outdated, terrible paint color on the outside (its s bad shade of yellowish) , and hasnt been improved much.

Ask yourself, what you want to drive by in 5 years and say "that's my legacy"...a vibrant, health focused, community gardens, natural foods, artisan cheese (and bread!)

Just curious.Ok ways to clear title.  1) adverse possession with color of title.2) Time:  (check with your particular state for specifics)In Florida, the same statute that covers adverse possession also states that if one heir gives their interest and you possess it for the same time as the adverse possession it is deemed you were given full ownership.3) quiet title action:  basically a interest foreclosure.  

These wouldn't be tear down the walls and change the floor plan, but for many people switching out fans, faucets, and paint colors is as HGTV as they want to get!

On the financing, could you give a bit more color on the LOC as I haven't heard of a signature LOC?

Our metal roof is the color bone white and has a high solar reflectivity rating to help keep the attic cooler and reduce our cooling loads.
