Greenville jersey city nj

Hi my name is Mark, i'm new to biggerpockets. Fairly new to Real Estate Investing also. My partner Evans found a deal in ( Jersey City) Greenville NJ, secured funding and closed on the property. currently rehabbing for flip/ hold depending...That said. I would like to hear from anyone else investing in the area...

Greenville is pretty tough but theres alot of good things going on to the north and east of that area and its starting to slowly bleed into Greenville. Ive been active in Bergen-Laffayette which is slightly more stable than Greenville but i think Greenville is going to pop in a few years. Im from Brooklyn and i remember when i used to be scared to drive through parts of Bed-Stuy and Brownsville at night, the same neighborhoods which are now home to multi million dollar townhouses. I missed that opportunity but im not gonna let another one slip away.
