Educate yourself and study all the different types of investments out there and decide what you'd like best or be best suited for.

@Ben EinspahrHi Ben, I can personally vouch for both @Chris Lopez and @Charles Roberts since I used them as my realtors on my last deal, both guys helped me find a terrific house hack single family house with a mother in law suite that has a separate entrance, bedrooms, bathroom, and even kitchen with plenty of space to add more bedrooms over in Northglenn.  

House is a 3 bed 1 bath and we are planning to make it a 3 bed 2.5 bath with an on suite Master.
