Hello, 

I'm brand new in the game of real estate investments. I'm looking primarily into rental property investments. I'm curious initially on what type of property is best to start out looking into (i.e. multifamily, duplex, or condo, apartment buildings, etc.)? I'm also curious about top locations. Are there location trends forums that are particularly helpful or a place to stay on top of hot locations or upcoming locations for investing?
