I'm thinking of signing up for a beginners sales course or something.

My favorite to this day - drive up and down every street in the neighborhood and call every single for rent sign in the neighborhood.

If they don't pay, I would take it out of their security deposit.I post signs in my houses inside one of the kitchen cabinet doors with some basic info, like how to contact me, etc.

I own a 3 bedroom rental property on campus in Columbus, OH and have 3 guys signed to a 12 month lease that expires in July 2014.

That was a couple of weeks ago and now just a couple of days ago I see a Realty sign out front with bidder select with a inflated price but public records show how much the lender foreclosed on.
