Hi! I am new to real estate investing and forcing myself to follow through and become active on Bigger Pockets. I signed up as a member a while ago but am much more comfortable lurking than posting. I am going to move out of my comfort zone because I am determined to grow in this business.

In real life I am far from shy and enjoy meeting people and building relationships. However, I tend to ask questions as a last resort and prefer to research information as needed. (This may be because my professional background is in teaching.)

My short term goal is to wholesale and/or rehab in order to pay off student loans that have been around for too long and to build a bigger savings. Long term I want to continue to rehab as well as buy and hold.

I have a lot to learn and am excited to get started!
