New Member Wholesaler from Chicago
Hello to all on BiggerPockets.com!
I've been a member on BiggerPockets for a few months now mostly absorbing information as I'm sure everyone does when first signing up here. I've been simultaneously operating actively as a real estate investor/wholesaler. I need a strong network of like minds that can offer support and guidance when needed. I'm a 26 year old college graduate working a full time job while working full time in real estate. I seek to cross the quadrant of W2 living over into the 1099 club. I have been wholesaling for about 4 months and I currently have a few properties under contract. My goal is to become more adept at flipping homes in 2014 and be an ever growing student in the class of real estate. I hope to connect with any peers and mentors in the area that are willing to offer guidance in building my experience.

Welcome to BP Joshua, I am not as young as you are, but I and my wife are starting out fresh in real estate too. We want to start flipping homes too, and maybe wholesale a little in time when the right deal comes along.
