I am just an average Joe trying to sell our house to investors (ski resort town three hours east of SF if anyone is interested) - I just wanted to check in and see: Is it common for an investor to insist on entering into a contract before they inspect (where they have 2 weeks to inspect and cancel if they don’t like what they see & if they do they will close within one month)?

Staged homes tend to sell faster because they help buyers envision living there. 

Long term strategy is to hold until it makes sense to sell, and that might be after only 2 years so I can reap the benefits without getting killed in taxes.

You want to sell a product that doesn't exist.Set up your business first, then start marketing and finding clients.

I am now at a point in the process where I should have already had clear SOP’s written out but I never have done it.
