I would definitely, 100%, get a good level of liability insurance if you're going to have it as a rental, and even more if it will be a STR, where people will be on vacation and probably partying.

It seems like you value people over Buisness which is exactly what this world needs.

I haven't used Investor Carrot personally and know many people are happy with it.

I know that when it comes to starting your investment journey, you're only as good as the team and people you surround yourself with!

People who take advantage of others are great at reading people and find those who will not say no.
