Reading Pa small multi investor
I am a Small multi investor in Reading Pa looking to network with or help others in Reading /Lancaster Markets. I have lived in these 2 small Markets my entire life. I currently operate a mom and pop rental business in Reading with my wife where we provide an alternative to the slum lord business model that has existed in the Reading market. Good management and fresh clean apartments bring top of the market rent to a re-emerging work force ready to serve the warehouse industry in a once great industrial railroad city.
