My mom is in direct communication with the Managing Partner who promises every week that he’s going to send her money, but hasn’t paid a dime. 

We did learn so much and can apply this knowledge to future projects and make great money off this knowledge one day!

Remember, that it costs money to refi...if its a small amount of juice to squeeze, I would just run your numbers to take a look at what makes sense for you and your journey. 

I may used hard money for the BRRRR and my own funds for the other one.

😜)Sometimes the money I bring may be enough to buy the whole place, sometimes it will be the deposit, but in either situation it makes it real.Second issue, Fear.The biggest fear I always encounter is the fear that the debt owed against the estate will somehow attach to him/her personally.I find articles from attorneys that most closely meet their situation and while explaining to them that, “unless they personally signed for the debt, they will never personally responsible for the debt.”

All of this happy money will soon cease. 

Good option for getting money for further investing?

Rents have not adjusted to those huge increases, and so most properties would lose money in today's market conditions.  

Those investments are super risky and if you have $200k to invest you don't get any additional mileage out of your money by having a $200k slice of a $50 million project.

At that point you do not have to accept any more money from them, and can continue the eviction process.
