I am currently a facility engineer working with plumbing electrical boilers and HVAC.

It was used for medical offices in the past but 7 years ago the owner(doctor) thought he and his buddies should renovate it and were working with out permits. 

Specifically, what are good areas to live in that are close to the naval medical center in Portsmouth, VA?

However, this property used to be a  meat packing facility, so it has a commercial well and septic system.

A new hockey team, medical school, NFL team, and growing population have me pretty excited to be here.
