My name is Joe Carter I'm 25 years old from north New Jersey. I am currently a facility engineer working with plumbing electrical boilers and HVAC. I am very familiar with building maintenance, and I've currently been reading many books and talking to a lot of people about getting into real estate. I came across this website and thought this is an amazing tool and I'm looking forward to meeting and making new friends in the real estate industry. I am open-minded motivated and ready to take risks. I hope to meet and learn as much as I can from the ones out there. I am currently interested in looking and real estate Investments and rental properties in the state of Florida. I hope to meet people who can help me get into the real estate market for the first time. I hope I could help people with problem they're having with their homes with my knowledge and background in building maintenance. Risk is something that can be reduced by proper due diligence and education. I like HML for low risk high returns. I also hold SFR rentals but the returns are generally not as high as HML BUT they offer tax benefits HML does not as well as great monthly cash flow.
