My name is Joe Carter I'm 25 years old from north New Jersey. I am currently a facility engineer working with plumbing electrical boilers and HVAC. I am very familiar with building maintenance, and I've currently been reading many books and talking to a lot of people about getting into real estate. I came across this website and thought this is an amazing tool and I'm looking forward to meeting and making new friends in the real estate industry. I am open-minded motivated and ready to take risks. I hope to meet and learn as much as I can from the ones out there. I am currently interested in looking and real estate Investments and rental properties in the state of Florida. I hope to meet people who can help me get into the real estate market for the first time. I hope I could help people with problem they're having with their homes with my knowledge and background in building maintenance.
