Does GA recognize a SLLC as a foreign entity?  

When you first open QuickBooks you should go through the Easy Step Interview.  

My advice to you is to research at least 5-10 property management companies in your area and interview them.

Just listened to your interview on the BP podcast so I know you've progressed quite a bit since this deal. 

Interview #3 - I'd be careful with anything that's subjective, as a rejected applicant in a protected class could claim discrimination - especially if they otherwise met all of the objective criteria.Application #4 - Failure to provide verification of employment/previous address/etc would be grounds for rejection in my opinion. 

I even use Skype and TeamViewer to communicate with clients so I'd highly recommend looking for one of the best with great references that interviews well with you.So look for someone you can connect with that works out for your situation.Feel free to ask here if you have questions

I came across BP after listening to an interview of @PaulaPants  on the Radical Personal Finance Podcast by Joshua Sheats and i have been blown away. i come from a country where real estate is a big form of investing but i have come to realize that its totally different from what is going on here in the states.I having been listening to the podcast, doing my own research and trying to get a hang of how things work.

Underwriters are humans that evaluate risk for a living, and recognize that huge distinction. 

This should save you money as your attorney won't need to interview you, investigate what you need and explain so much of the interplay as to the operations of the agreement.
