Need advice on a foreign entity conversion - LLC to Series LLC.

I own properties in GA that I will be transferring to an LLC. My question is this: what is the best entity to place multiple properties under? Should I form a new Series LLC and place all properties under it? Does GA recognize a SLLC as a foreign entity? What are the advantages and disadvantages of LLC vs SLLC when dealing with multiple properties over several states? What is the best way to organize the business? Thanks in advance for the advice.
