Property Management Duties

Hello!

I am wondering what are normal duties for a property manager? Is it the responsibility of the PM to have the lawn(including spraying for bugs) and pool serviced? Reason I ask is; I'm going to be renting out my primary residence soon, and I'm trying to figure out if these are going to be extra costs on top of the fee for a PM.

most of the time lawn care, bugs and pool serviced will be additional costs, but i would make sure you ask about that when you interview different PM's, you may find one that will include some of them.
