Hey Bill,Interesting topic.I would say BP is a big source of education along with the internet as a whole, but I come here more for the motivation.

This would be my first US real estate investment, and frankly I am finding you need to do ALOT of due diligence during these tough times and its totally overwhelming the number of places for sale, almost impossible using the internet only as my searching tool.

That reason is due to the crooks of CA wanting to get a transfer tax on the property as title would be transfered from one beneficiary to another AND the title would have transfered a total of 3 times ins a short period (from bank to buyer, then to new beneficiary, then to end user after rehab).

Our Free Real Estate FilePlace is a huge success and thousands of downloads are taking place.But, there's a problem . . .You guys aren't rating the files (0-5 stars) and aren't leaving your feedback about them either.We made it so users can only rate or review a file once they have downloaded it, but it seems that may be stopping users from leaving feedback.So . . . what are your suggestions?

I can't help but see the advantage due to the fact that the listings on the internet do a terrible job of showing what potential your property has.
