Can you share some advice on how to best invest 40-50K
Hello Everyone,
A Canadian here.
I am looking to invest between 40-50K in the best way possible.
What I am thinking is to buy a home or two(if I have enough left over) and rent out. Still trying to find a good area.
Do you think this would be the best use of my investment.
Do you have any suggestions?
What would you do?
I can do without the money for 5 - 10 years.
Have a great day!

If he plans on holding them as rentals and not flipping them how is that a good idea? It seems that the rates for HML are on the high side (over 10%). It seems HMLs come in handy when you need money quickly and plan on flipping or re-financing the property.
