Well, if you really expected a heated pool for Thanksgiving (and Christmas and New Year's Day, for all I know), you should take your complaint to the local magistrate and watch them bellylaugh you out of court as soon as you present your November water temperature readings...BiggerPockets HAS to be getting interns to write some of these topics up, I swear.
